“All the world’s a stage,” Shakespeare wrote. To celebrate his work, the drama department attended the Secondary School of Shakespeare Festival where their rendition of “The Taming of the Shrew” was performed at the Folger Theater in Washington, D.C., on March 22.

Planting the seed for character growth

After the end of each Learning Seminar cycle (LS), a lesson focusing on character flickers across the televisions in every classroom. The Character Education lessons first began two years ago, and their impact has grown progressively, reaching further than the screens and into the hearts of students.

Speech Continuation

On Sept. 16th, a faculty meeting was organized in the auditorium to announce the new principal for the 2011 school year that would replace James Kacur. Previous sub-school 1 assistant principal, Teresa Johnson was officially and proudly announced as the new Chantilly High School principal.
