The stringent Homecoming dance policy raised criticism from the students. The Homecoming dance is a celebration of school spirit and shows support to the football team, but over the years this idea has changed into the debate about dancing appropriately.

To me, the Homecoming Dance is high school students of all ages getting dressed into mostly expensive, slutty-looking outfits to go “dance” in a high school gym.
